Susie Sloth and Her Secret Superpower is an award winning children’s wellbeing book written by Charlotte Marsh, a Buteyko breathing coach, and Pilates teacher.

Charlotte Marsh created Susie Sloth as a response to the growing need for simple, practical tools that support children’s emotional regulation and resilience. Her work combines storytelling, movement and breathing awareness to help children develop lifelong skills for managing stress, emotions and transitions.
